Cooper B-Line's F.A.S.T. System is the most
Foldable, Adjustable and Stackable underfloor tray system on the
market...and it's Tool-Less!
This new system requires no tools, has fewer parts, and is simpler to
install than any other system on the market today! And, to save time and
installation scheduling headaches, it can be installed before the raised
floor is in place.
System Features & Benefits:
- Tool-Less assembly of supports - Reduces installation time/cost
by eliminating the time required to bolt/screw hardware together or
bend tabs to assemble supports.
- Tool-Less splicing/mounting of tray to supports - Reduces
installation time/cost by eliminating the time required to
bolt/screw hardware together or bend tabs to secure the tray.
- Stands are independent of raised floor which enable the system
to be installed before the raised floor. Simplifies the installation
by reducing the amount of coordination required between the
electrical, communications and flooring contractors.
- Tray - The tray in the system is wire mesh and comes in the
following sizes:
Lengths - 24" and 48"
Depths - 2", 4" and 6"
Widths - 6", 12" and 20"
- Fitting - Flat fitting for turns reducing the installation
time/cost by eliminating the need to cut basket tray on the jobsite.
- Stands - The trays in the system are a patented design that
enables them to be Foldable, Adjustable (6" vertically) and
Stackable. Pre-galvanized steel construction. Available in the
following sizes:

Widths - 12" and 20"
Height Adjustment Range from the deck: 10-16:, 18"-24" and 25"-31"
- Accessories - Tool-less clips and supports that connect the tray
and add multiple levels.
Cantilever kits - Tool-less kits available in single and double
tier.
Hold down clip - Spring steel fasteners that enable tray to be
spliced and held down on stand with no tools.
Static Stands - Supports tray in raised floors that are 12" high or
lower.
|
|
|
|
|
|
F.A.S.T. System can be installed independent of the floor system.
|
Stackable to create multiple tiers.
|
No tools required for assembly.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Cantilever kit allows for multiple tiers without limiting access to
lower level.
|
Cantilever foot secures vertical support to stand easily without
tools.
|
Cantilever brackets are fully adjustable and require no tools to
install. Slide bracket up/down the vertical support and lock tabs
into position.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Vertical supports are marked in inch increments for easy alignment
and have a hinged locking collar to securely set the stand height.
|
|
Baskets can be laid on stands with a slight gap to allow for uneven
wire basket cuts. Formed basket guides on stands act as a stop guide
for the wire basket.

Cooper B-Line Introduces New RCM+ Cable Managers
|
| Cooper B-Line is announcing the
availability of new products in the popular RCM+ cable manager product
family. These new products include a new line of extended depth
vertical cable managers and a new line of double sided horizontal cable
managers. The extended depth vertical cable managers utilize a new,
reinforced plastic cable management finger section that is 2.5" deeper
than the standard RCM+ finger section, which is designed to hold 33%
more cables than the standard RCM+. The reinforcement adds to the weight
carrying capacity, too, which is ideal when using RCM+ in high density
cabling applications using CAT6, CAT6A or shielded twisted pair
cabling. The double sided horizontal cable managers are designed to
offer a cable management pathway on both sides of a rack in the same RMU
space. They are also a cost-competitive solution, being less expensive
and easier to install than two single sided cable managers.
Features of the new Extended Depth Vertical Cable
Managers:
- Used to provide a vertical cabling pathway for two-post and
four-post rack applications
- Constructed of an aluminum frame with UL 94V-0 plastic cable
manager fingers
- Extended finger depth adds 33% more cable carrying capacity
compared to the same-sized standard RCM+ vertical section
- Stronger plastic fingers are designed for use with heavier,
modern, high performance cabling media like CAT6, CAT6A and shielded
copper cable or fiber optic cable and have a radius edge on the
fingers to help control bend radius
- Ideal for use with angled patch panels
- SB860 Series managers feature high density finger sections on
both the front and rear side of the cable manager section
- SB864 Series managers feature high density finger sections on
the front of the cable manager and cable retention gates on the rear
of the cable manager to accommodate large cable bundles
- Two piece doors with snap-on hinges allow for quick opening from
either side or complete removal
- Open back design allows for free movement of cables from front
to rear cable manager sections
- Doors, cable retention gates, cable retainer bars, cable strap
mounts, push-in fasteners and mounting hardware are included
- Spools are included with the 10” and 12”W versions
- Available in Black or Silver powder coat finishes
Features of the new Double Sided Horizontal
Cable Managers:
- Used to provide a horizontal pathway for cabling on both sides
of a two-post rack in the same RMU spacing
- Steel frame with UL 94V-0 plastic cable manager fingers
- Rounded plastic cable manager fingers help control bend radius
- Snap-on, removable, hinged aluminum doors that opens past 180
degrees and remains open in the up position for convenient cable
access
