The Golight Radioray portable spotlight is a motorized spotlight that operates via a handheld 4-button wired remote control.  The up and down buttons control the motorized 120 degree tilt of the spotlight and the left and right buttons move the motorized rotation of the light a full 370 degrees.  The light continues to move while a button is depressed.  Once any button is released, the spotlight remains locked in that position until a button is depressed again.  The remotes also turn the light on and off and no additional switches are required.  The remote also turn the light on and off so no additional switches are required. 

The Golight 5149 has 2 mounting options.  There is a suction cup mount at the base of the spotlight.  The light also slides and locks into a permanent mount "shoe."  The magnetic shoe base (GoLight# 16303) will also work with the Golight 5149.  When combined, you have a magnetic mount, wired remote control portable spotlight.  For those looking for a non-wireless remote control portable spotlight, the Golight 5149 is the most logical choices.
