Modern electronic circuitry is used in televisions, stereo equipment, household are highly susceptible to damage from transient overvoltages as well a lightning surges.  

The Complete Home Protector stops the surge at the earliest possible point -- the circuit breaker box. This ensures that incoming surge is arrest well before it reaches your sensitive electrical equipment.
